My approach to leadership coaching is called The IN WAY.
It is the way I support leaders in developing what I call Boldly Human Leadership—the capacity to lead with clarity, presence, and humanity in ways that create meaningful, real-world impact.
At the center of this work is the integration of the three centers of intelligence that shape how we lead: the head, the heart, and the body. The head helps us think clearly and see patterns. The heart allows us to connect, empathize, and relate authentically. The body grounds us in presence, intuition, and the ability to act appropriately to the moment.
When these three leadership centers work together, something shifts.
Decisions become wiser. Relationships become stronger. Actions become more grounded and appropriate to the moment.
To support this growth, I draw from a powerful and integrative toolkit that blends integral development, inquiry, neuroscience, somatics, decades of business and coaching experience, and mindfulness.
This combination helps create deep inner transformation, which naturally flows into enduring leadership impact and personal growth.
When leaders develop these capacities, the impact becomes visible—in their decisions, their relationships, and the results they create.
Where this work makes a difference
When leaders begin to integrate the intelligence of the head, heart, and body, something shifts in how they lead.
Decisions become clearer.
Relationships deepen.
Teams engage more fully.
Over time, these shifts translate into real-world leadership impact.
The examples below illustrate how this work has unfolded in practice.
Project Executive promoted from leading a $500M business to a $3B one, expanding capacity to lead at significantly greater scale.
Board Members of a multinational company that struggled with certain critical conversations and, after the program, reported substantially higher productivity through more skillful one-on-one and group dialogue.
C-Level Executive in a multinational organization who deepened her connection to herself and her people, resulting in measurable improvements in team effectiveness and wellbeing.
Leader of a multi-million-dollar business, initially skeptical of coaching, who became a deeply committed client. A post-engagement Perception Shift stakeholder study showed outstanding results, with recognition of his increased ability to stay calm under pressure, collaborate more effectively, pause before acting, listen for understanding, and empower others.
C-Level Executive leading a complex, billion-dollar business who, in just a few sessions, uncovered the root of a difficult colleague relationship; once addressed, the relationship shifted quickly to one of ease, productivity, and collaboration.
How this work unfolds
This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level change.
It’s about developing awareness, embodying new soft skills, and expanding your capacity to respond more consciously to the real challenges leadership brings.
In our conversations, I will ask questions that invite new possibilities to emerge. I also offer tailored practices, reflections, and self-observation exercises that help you come to know yourself more deeply and experiment with new ways of being.
From that growing awareness, leadership begins to shift—how you think, how you relate to others, and how you act in complex situations.
Over time, what once required effort becomes more natural: greater presence under pressure, more thoughtful responses, and the ability to navigate difficult situations with clarity and steadiness.
This is how real-world impact begins to shift—
from the inside out.

Executive Coaching 1:1
Expand your capacity to lead with greater clarity, presence, and impact.
Working together is a deeply tailored process—designed around you as a whole human being, not just your role.
We begin by identifying your strengths and growth edges through assessment and dialogue.
Together, we define a clear development focus aligned with your leadership context and aspirations.
Our sessions explore real situations—translating insight into embodied change.
When relevant, I conduct a Perception Shift Study, gathering stakeholder feedback to track measurable change in how you lead and influence.

Mindfulness for Leaders
Moving from autopilot to presence.
A multi-day immersive experience designed to cultivate presence—not as a concept, but as a lived capacity.
Leaders learn to:
• stay grounded under pressure
• listen with depth and empathy
• navigate difficult conversations with clarity
• set boundaries that sustain both performance and wellbeing
The result is a more intentional and sustainable way of leading.

Customized Group Programs
Turning organizational challenges into opportunities for growth and alignment.
We begin with a real organizational challenge.
Through a focused diagnostic process—including stakeholder interviews—I develop a clear understanding of how the situation is experienced across the organization.
From there, I design a tailored facilitation that may include:
• facilitated group sessions
• embodied practices
• structured dialogue
• practical leadership tools
The result is a thoughtfully crafted engagement that strengthens trust, accountability, emotional intelligence, and collective performance.

Executive Retreats
Where trust deepens, clarity emerges, and teams move forward together.
In executive offsites, I create a carefully held space where leadership teams engage in the conversations they often avoid—but deeply need to have.
As trust deepens, something measurable shifts: performance accelerates.
Trust is not a “nice to have.”
It is a driver of results.

Coaching Skills for Leaders
Helping leaders develop people, not just manage them.
I help leaders develop the ability to lead through others.
This includes learning how to:
• listen beyond interruption or agenda
• ask questions that unlock clarity
• create conversations where others take ownership of their decisions
The result is a leadership style that develops talent, strengthens engagement, and builds stronger managers across the organization.
The Difference
I bring a unique blend of practical leadership experience and deep developmental expertise.
Before becoming a coach, I led marketing communication firms across Latin America and the U.S., so I understand firsthand the pressures and complexity leaders face.
My work is also grounded in deep developmental practice.
I am a certified Integral Coach (New Ventures West), hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, studied the Enneagram Institute certification program, and am an ordained teacher of the Diamond Approach.
Many of my clients have worked with other coaches before.
What they often discover here is a depth of exploration that feels different—more integrative, more experiential, and ultimately more transformative.
